At Babooo Multani Mangoes, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver only the best quality Multani mangoes. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The mangoes must be unused and undamaged

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Include the Order ID or proof of purchase with the return

How to Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order ID, clear photos (if damaged), and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you on how to return the product.

  4. Return the product to our Multan office address (shared upon approval).

You will need to mention your Order ID on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping charges.

Refunds May Not Be Granted If:
  • The item is damaged due to customer handling

  • The return is initiated after the 7-day window

  • The product is returned without original packaging or order details

Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or a wrong item was delivered.
